16% off for reservations made 45 days before arrival, full paid at the time of booking. (Before 01/31)

12% off for reservations made 30 days before arrival, full paid at the time of booking. (After 02/01)

3% off for reservations made 15 days before arrival, ful paid at the time of booking.

Both parties may cancel the booking up to 8 days before the arrival date and a voucher will be issued for the total amount to be used for future bookings.
